Chakra Balancing

Chakra balancing is a practice that aims to align and harmonize the body’s energy centers, known as chakras. There are seven main chakras located along the spine, each associated with specific physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our well-being. The Seven Main Chakras Root

Chakra (Muladhara):

Root Chakra:
